Profile Questionnaire This form is critical in giving us a solid idea of what your business involves, your goals, your audience, your competition, etc. The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to create an identity that targets your chosen market. Upon receipt, we will review your profile and reply with any questions of our own to solidify our understanding of who you are, what you do, and how to communicate that to your audience.
Corporate Identity Creation The basic identity design development process consists of up to three presentations:
Phase One We begin the design process first in black & white form. We strongly believe that if your design doesn¹t stand on its own in b/w form, than it will not be as effective. We will produce a minimum of four and a maximum of six dynamic design concepts which will take into account all data supplied on your Profile Questionnaire.
Phase Two Once the ideas have been reviewed, specific detailed changes discussed via phone and/or email, and the initial design concept determined, we then implement those desired alterations and introduce color. Phase Two will consist of three to four full color ideas.
Final Phase: (if necessary) Upon your review of all requested changes (if any) from Phase Two, you will have one more phase of changes to your design concept. Here is your final opportunity to tweak any color variations, etc., before you receive your final viewing.
Feedback and Changes We often hit the mark, as far as the logo concept goes, within the first two viewings. However, after the first black & white presentation, design changes and amendments can be made. We encourage as much communication as needed to get it right—we are a phone call away. The best part of our job is to see our clients thrilled with their new logo. Your complete satisfaction is our primary objective. Implementation Your new identity will be implemented into your basic stationery system, as well as any materials you selected in your contract. Approval and Delivery Upon completion and viewing of the Final Phase, payment balance will be due. Once payment is submitted, we will provide your CD with every file format required for digital and print reproduction. Our unique Standards Guide is included in every Identity Package. We have developed this tool for the lay person to use when ordering anything needing your logo mark. No more nameless vendors “tweaking” your logo with a drop shadow or using the wrong color! The Standards Guide—providing your logo in nine file formats as well as a hard copy that can be faxed—helps our clients maintain critical logo consistency--saving time and money for years to come!
