In order for us to provide an accurate price quote, we first require the principle decision maker to fill out the Profile Questionnaire available through this link. This then enables us to determine the degree of involvement necessary to create the proper identity for your company. Upon receipt of your completed questionnaire (either PDF or fax), we will then follow-up with an emailed or faxed proposal, and a phone call to verify receipt and to discuss details.

The following is what will be included in your proposal. Should you desire to include additional implementation, or require less, please make that evident on yourProfile Questionnaire.

If your job is presented in-person, the cost will be a minimum of 50 to 75% more due to meeting, transit, and presentation production time. Please note, pricing may be higher depending on the degree of 'illustration' desired. For instance, the Beaver Bed Systems identity viewable in the Portfolio section, necessitated a professional illustrator at an additional charge. This would be determined at the outset of the project. On all jobs we require a deposit of 1/3 (in USD) of the entire project cost, including implementation fee and standards manual fee (if desired), prior to the design process.

Phase 1 & 2
Phase 1 will begin after we have received your completed Profile Questionnaire and verification of your 1/3 deposit. In this phase, 4 to 6 initial black & white identity concepts will be presented for your review & direction. The second 1/3 will be required at this point. Phase Two will incorporate your suggested design alterations, if any, and the implementation of color. One more minor alteration is included for a Final Phase, if necessary.

Once the final alterations are made to the approved identity and final payment of 1/3 is confirmed as received, you will receive via USPS a CD ROM with your complete Identity Package. It will be a professionally produced corporate identity you will love for years to come.

Many people stop here, take their new identity and drop it off at a well-meaning printer who will butcher it into letterhead and business cards...

This includes one presentation of three layout styles per the basic package above (9 items to review). Additional variations and/or refinements beyond this one presentation would be at an appropriate professional hourly rate.

If Identity Graphic Design does not oversee your print production, you will receive your basic package in digital form, and specific printing specifications you can give to your printer for print production.

Much too often, different print or specialty advertising vendors will take your beautiful logo create and ALTER IT to fit their production methods! No question, this will destroy the integrity and effectiveness of your design. A poor logo consistently reproduced is more effective than a professional one that is inconsistently reproduced. Reproduction inconsistency in color, design element relationships, type style, and surrounding space is your logos worst enemy...

Consistent usage and reproduction of your new corporate identity is critical to the successful impression you need to make. We will produce an 8-12 page Standards Manual which clearly outlines important information and usage specifications for color, font styles & sizes, spatial relations, dos' and don'ts, and more. In addition to a printed hard copy original, we will provide a PDF file as well. This PDF file can be printed on your own printer as needed. When you are ready for production, take this information to your printer or any other vendor who will be reproducing your identity.
