The Process Overview |

- You complete our Profile Questionnaire and send a 50% deposit USD.
- We begin the design process upon receipt of your payment and Profile Questionnaire.
- You review Presentation 1 of our ideas for your custom identity in your private viewing room on our web site.
- We await your approval and/or suggested design changes, and present in full color in Presentation 2.
- Any additional changes are implemented, and Final Presentation is made available for your approval.
- Your approval is granted for the design with which you will be 100% satisfied, and we invoice you via email.
- After we receive payment in full - you receive your complete logo package in digital form to use in your printed materials and on the web.

The Process in Detail |

Profile Questionnaire |
|
| |
This form is critical in giving us a solid idea of what your business
involves, your goals, your audience, your competition, etc. The more
information you provide, the easier it is for us to create an identity that
targets your chosen market. Upon receipt, we will review your profile and
reply with any questions of our own to solidify our understanding of who you
are, what you do, and how to communicate that to your audience.

Web Viewing |

When your identity concepts are ready for viewing, we will then present them
in your own private viewing room. We will send you an email message containing your
personal gallery web password, and wait for your feedback. A feedback form is
located in your personal gallery.

Corporate Identity Creation |

The basic identity design development process consists of up to three
presentations:
Phase One:
We begin the design process first in black & white form. We strongly believe
that if your design doesnąt stand on its own in b/w form, than it will not
be as effective. We will produce a minimum of four and a maximum of six
dynamic design concepts which will take into account all data supplied on
your Profile Questionnaire.
Phase Two:
Once the ideas have been reviewed, specific detailed changes discussed via
phone and/or email, and the initial design concept determined, we then
implement those desired alterations and introduce color. Phase Two will
consist of three to four full color ideas.
Final Phase: (if necessary)
Upon your review of all requested changes (if any) from Phase Two, you will
have one more phase of changes to your design concept. Here is your final
opportunity to tweak any color variations, etc., before you receive your
final viewing.

Feedback and Changes |

We often hit the mark, as far as the logo concept goes, within the first two
viewings. However, after the first black & white presentation, design
changes and amendments can be made twice. Our primary objective is your
satisfaction.

Approval and Delivery |
|
| |
You can approve your design directly from your personal web gallery.
However, we encourage communication by phone as much as possible. Upon
completion and viewing of the Final Phase, payment balance will be due. Once
payment is submitted, we will send you your completed design package.
